Executive Chef, John Williams MBE, is pleased to present the following banqueting menus to suit every occasion. He draws inspiration from classic dishes of the last century served here in our Restaurant and develops his own light, fresh gourmet cooking.

The menus are composed with the ‘Best of British’ produce. Our philosophy is to retain the natural aroma and taste of the best seasonal ingredients available.
