The menu is designed for indulgent, leisurely dining, with highlights including the Dorset Crab Brioche Roll and Ceviche of Sea Bass with Citrus and Avocado, as well as rich small plates such as Lobster and Prawn Tacos.
For a more substantial experience, guests may enjoy signature dishes such as Harissa-Charred Poussin with Pumpkin Seed and Smoked Almond, or Red Mullet with Ratatouille and Bouillabaisse, both reflecting a contemporary interpretation of classic European flavours. A distinctive seafood selection is led by the luxurious Fruits de Mer, which combines lobster, langoustine, crab, prawns, oysters, and potted shrimps for an exceptional sharing experience.
At the pinnacle of indulgence, the caviar selection is presented with careful attention to detail, featuring Platinum Sturgeon, Oscietra and Beluga caviar, as well as the exclusive Caviar Epicurean Journey curated by Executive Chef John Williams MBE.
To conclude, desserts such as the Ritz Vanilla Trifle and Vanilla and Chocolate Ice Cream Mille Feuille provide a sophisticated finish to the experience, embodying The Ritz London’s signature elegance in an outdoor setting.
Complementing the menu is a carefully curated drinks list featuring botanical cocktails, exceptional Champagnes, and fine wines, available by the glass or by the bottle. Surrounded by lush planting, elegant seating and the timeless glamour synonymous with The Ritz London, The Secret Garden offers an elevated al fresco experience where gastronomy, hospitality and nature come together in perfect harmony.
Classic cocktails are also featured, including the newly launched Ritz 120, created to celebrate the hotel’s 120th anniversary. This signature serve combines Gold-Infused Belvedere Organic Vodka, Grand Marnier, The Newt English Ice Cyder, Manzana Verde and Champagne Barons de Rothschild ‘Réserve Ritz’ Brut.

The Secret Garden is an invitation to linger. Designed for relaxed lunches, celebratory gatherings and elegant evenings, the atmosphere encourages guests to slow down and savour exceptional food, fine drinks and meaningful conversation.

Whether enjoying lunch beneath the shade of parasols, sharing cocktails as the sun sets, or settling into an evening of dining and entertainment, every moment is thoughtfully curated.
As day transitions into evening and the garden is bathed in warm golden light, the atmosphere evolves into one of understated glamour, creating a unique setting for memorable occasions in the heart of Mayfair.
Entertainment
A programme of live entertainment further enriches the atmosphere throughout the season, from 12 pm to 4 pm and from 6 pm to 10 pm on Thursday to Sunday, creating an atmospheric soundtrack to the garden experience.

The Secret Garden Design & Heritage
Designed to blur the boundaries between gastronomy and landscape, The Secret Garden is a hidden oasis where nature and design exist in perfect harmony.
Created by Marcus Barnett Studios, the Garden has been conceived as an ethereal tapestry of grasses and perennials, featuring irises, hellebores, hydrangeas, crab-apple trees and white wisteria. Planted to follow the natural architecture of the space and the movement of sunlight throughout the day, the Garden continually evolves through the seasons with changing colours, textures and scents.
At its heart sits a striking water feature, providing a gentle acoustic backdrop to stylish seating areas sheltered by elegant parasols and canopies. As temperatures cool into the evening, bespoke cashmere throws by Johnston’s of Elgin invite guests to linger a little longer in comfort.
The combination of thoughtful landscaping, refined design and exceptional hospitality creates an environment that feels both secluded and distinctly Ritz.
Opening times (weather permitting):
Monday to Sunday: 11.00 am – 11.30 pm (Last orders at 11.00 pm).
Please note there is a £50 minimum spend per person from Monday to Wednesday, and a £75 minimum spend per person from Thursday to Sunday.
While children are welcome, admission remains at the discretion of our team on the day, subject to capacity, existing reservations and the comfort of guests already enjoying the space.
