One of the world’s most iconic Afternoon Tea experiences, The Ritz London’s service features elegantly composed sandwiches, freshly baked scones with Cornish clotted cream and strawberry preserve, and a refined selection of pastries and teacakes. Service is continuous, with courses replenished throughout your visit.
Our cakes are the finale to your Afternoon Tea. Served tableside from the guéridon trolley, they change seasonally; our Pastry Chefs craft chocolate, fruit, and signature creations to complement each season’s ingredients. This is the Ritz’s signature finishing touch.

An elegant musical ensemble accompanies your service, completing the Afternoon Tea experience within the stunning 18th-century William Kent House. Children under 16 are welcome without our standard dress code.

Afternoon Tea prices start from £95 for adults and £73 for children.
Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free Afternoon Tea menus are available upon request. If you or any guest in your party has dietary needs, please inform us before your visit, and we will strive to ensure our menu options suit you. DRESS CODE
The Ritz London has a dress code in different areas of the hotel as follows: Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket and tie (jeans and sportswear are not permitted for either ladies or gentlemen) for Afternoon Tea and for lunch and dinner in The Ritz Restaurant.
In all other areas of the hotel (The Ritz breakfast service, The Rivoli Bar, The Secret Garden, and The Cigar Shop), smart casual attire is acceptable.
Please note that sportswear is not permitted in any of the hotel’s restaurants or bars.
