Inspired by the warmth and abundance of summer, Les Saveurs de la Mer brings together some of the finest seafood available, with the menu evolving throughout the year according to the seasons.
Sample dishes begin with delicate Orkney Scallop, Datterini Tomato and Basil, followed by Native Lobster with Spiced Carrot Purée and Verbena. A beautifully prepared Wild Sea Bass with Saffron and Menton Lemon celebrates the freshness of the finest fish, while Coconut Mousseline, Compressed Pineapple and White Rum provide an elegant finale.
