Spring Menus

Where better to enjoy London in the springtime than in The Ritz Restaurant!

The Restaurant presents a new series of spring menus featuring some of the city's finest cuisine from Executive Chef John Williams and his team.

Indulge in a three course Lunch du Jour Menu (that changes daily) for £36. You may choose to treat yourself with our range of aperitifs offered from the Champagne and white wine trolley, or with the especially selected number of wines by the glass designed to accompany the Menu du Jour dishes.

In the evening, a three course Dinner du Jour Menu is £45, and a four course dinner menu at £65 are available from Sundays to Thursdays. Dinner and Dancing on Fridays and Saturdays provide another unique and delightful experience at £85 per person.

A Feast of Words and Music

In aid of the £3.5m restoration appeal for St James's Church Piccadilly, Joanna Lumley, Ronnie Corbett and Sir David Attenborough will host "Blake", the biggest selling classical debut of 2007, and "The Vasari Singers" - one of the world's finest choirs, who will perform a programme of popular classical music on Wednesday 23rd April 2008, 6.30 pm at St James's Church Piccadilly.

Reserved seats are £95.00 and unreserved seats are £15.00.

St George's Day Celebration

The Ritz, one of the only British owned five star hotels in London, will be flying the flag of the patron saint of England, St George, during the week beginning 16th April. To celebrate St. George's Day on Wednesday 23rd April, The Ritz Restaurant will be offering a quintessentially English Menu du Jour for lunch and dinner as an additional complement to the extensive a la Carte Menu.

New Head Sommelier Appointed to The Ritz London

Thomas Sorcinelli has joined The Ritz Restaurant as Head Sommelier bringing with him an extensive knowledge of fine wines from around the world.

Italian born Sorcinelli has worked in London for the past 6 years, developing his experience at the one Michelin star Assagi Restaurant in Notting Hill, the Alloro Restaurant in Mayfair and most recently, as Head Sommelier at the Fifth Floor Restaurant at Harvey Nichols.

A finalist in the Italian Sommelier Association's "Best Sommelier Competition" in 2007 and the holder of a Louis Roederer Champagne Certificate, Sorcinelli will be responsible for a wine brigade of 6 sommeliers and looks forward to developing the exciting wine list at The Ritz. "I am delighted to look forward to this new exciting opportunity and look forward to imparting my knowledge with our guests."
