Cocktail of The Month for June: La Vie En Spritz
A taste of Saint-Germain, where cobblestone streets carry stories of the poets, painters, and philosophers who have walked them. Inspired by the elegance of the Belle Époque and the artistic soul of this iconic Parisian quartier, La Vie en Spritz is a sparkling ode to refined taste and romantic optimism.
Delicate floral notes of St-Germain elderflower liqueur blend with the bright citrus tones of lemon verbena, woven through both an infused overproof rum and fresh cordial. Crisp, clear apple juice brings balance, while a Champagne crown adds celebratory sparkle.
Each sip is a toast to the joie de vivre that defines both an era and a neighbourhood steeped in beauty.
