The Head Mixologist of The Rivoli Bar utilises state-of-the-art technology, refined mixology techniques, and the finest quality ingredients to craft unique, never-before-tasted cocktails that capture the essence of each month.

From a warming, winter spice creation to enjoy after a stroll beneath Piccadilly’s twinkling Christmas lights to a fresh and fruity serve come summertime before an afternoon at Wimbledon, the Cocktail of the Month in The Rivoli Bar is meticulously designed to complement the zeitgeist.

April Spotlight: Floating Garden
A refined twist on the classic Rossini, named for the sweet, colourful dome that appears to float atop the ice, Floating Garden evokes the unmistakable feeling of spring coming into bloom upon the palate.
