BIODYNAMIC FORCES COCKTAIL MENU

DESIGNED TO INSPIRE

Step into a new dimension of mixology at The Rivoli Bar at The Ritz London. The latest menu, Biodynamic Forces: The Alchemy of Planets and Plants, explores the profound relationship between the natural world, the cosmos, and the art of unique cocktail creation. This collection invites you to embark on a journey of discovery through thoughtfully crafted drinks inspired by biodynamic principles and celestial elements.

The Origins of Biodynamic Principles
Biodynamic farming, introduced by Rudolf Steiner in 1924, views farms as living ecosystems connected to cosmic forces. Maria Thun later developed the Biodynamic Calendar, aligning agricultural practices with lunar and planetary rhythms, ensuring each plant is nurtured at its peak potential.

Biodynamic Philosophy in Mixology
Inspired by these principles, our Head Mixologist and their team visited biodynamic farms to understand the philosophy first-hand. Using innovative distillation and extraction techniques, they have created cocktails that honour the celestial cycles while offering a uniquely refined experience.

The Celestial Journey
Begin your experience with ‘The Astro Botanist,’ the menu’s guide, who introduces a world where planets and plants connect. Each seasonal cocktail represents a planetary muse paired with an ingredient inspired by the zodiac elements of Earth, Water, Air, and Fire. The interactive menu invites exploration of these cosmic connections, creating an unforgettable journey through the solar system.

Craftsmanship and Sustainability
Every detail has been considered, including bespoke glassware made from renewable PLA material, designed with advanced 3D printing techniques to complement each cocktail. This blend of artistry and sustainability ensures every drink is served with purpose and elegance, delivering a curated cocktail experience in the heart of London.

We invite you to begin this remarkable journey through bespoke cocktails that celebrate the interconnectedness of nature and the cosmos, the harmony of nature’s rhythms, the craftsmanship of mixology, and the timeless elegance of The Rivoli Bar.
