Thoughtfully created by our Head Mixologist, the current autumn and winter cocktail menu in The Rivoli Bar features a collection of seasonal cocktails which symbolise prosperity, virtue and good fortune.
Wherever possible, The Rivoli Bar team will use every part of an ingredient, to minimise waste and maximise its potential. Fresh orange peel is used to make our house-made Ritz orange distillate, capturing its purest scent and flavour, in the Devotion cocktail, while pineapple is expertly fermented in-house, to give the Vitality cocktail its distinctive, deep tropical flavour. It is by using quality ingredients in unique and innovative ways that gives this menu its singular vision.

DRESS CODE
The Ritz London has a dress code in different areas of the hotel as follows: Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket and tie (jeans and sportswear are not permitted for either ladies or gentlemen) for afternoon tea in The Palm Court, and for lunch and dinner in The Ritz Restaurant and The Ritz Room. In all other areas of the hotel (The Ritz Restaurant breakfast service, The Rivoli Bar, The Long Gallery, Terrace and the Cigar Lounge), smart casual attire is required. Please note that shorts, ripped jeans, trainers and sportswear are not permitted in any of the hotel’s restaurants or bars.
