From a warming, winter spice creation to enjoy after a stroll beneath Piccadilly’s twinkling Christmas lights to a fresh and fruity serve come summertime before an afternoon at Wimbledon, the Cocktail of the Month in The Rivoli Bar is meticulously designed to complement the zeitgeist.
Cocktail of The Month for October: The Dohyō
Inspired by the ceremonial heart of sumo, The Dohyō celebrates ritual, heritage, and symbolism. Its plum disc garnish, evoking the sumo ring, is a fruit long cherished in Japan and traditionally shared during moments of celebration and camaraderie.
Like the sport itself, The Dohyō strikes a harmonious balance: power and grace, tradition and innovation, with a subtle sweetness that lingers on the palate.
