The Rivoli Bar Drinks Menu features over 80 cocktails including many of the signature martinis and Champagne cocktails for which The Ritz is renowned. A unique and eclectic selection of Martini cocktails, mixed and presented tableside to the guest’s personal preference, includes Blueflower, Apple Pie, Balsamic, Candy and Passion Fruit martinis to choose from.
