From planning a special birthday party to a lavish dinner with a group of much loved family and friends, we can turn any gathering into an unforgettable celebration.   You can choose from one of our six lavishly decorated event rooms. In 2002, The Ritz was awarded in a Royal Warrant by His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales for Banquet and Catering Services, becoming the only hotel in the world to receive such an honour.

THE WILLIAM KENT ROOM
 

The most opulent of all our banquet rooms, The William Kent Room is a spacious private dining room with seating for up to 24 people for lunch or dinner.

Featuring stunning original architecture, the room is dominated by a breath-taking coved ceiling in grand Italian Renaissance style.

THE QUEEN ELIZABETH ROOM
 

This delightful drawing room offers space for 40 guests and is licensed for wedding ceremonies.

Overlooking the stunning Green Park and featuring an original marble fireplace, The Queen Elizabeth Room serves as a reception room to the adjacent William Kent Room.

THE MUSIC ROOM
 

The Music Room is the largest private dining room at The Ritz and can accommodate up to 72 guests for a banquet dinner or 100 for a reception.

This stately room epitomises the grand and graceful style of the house and the soaring windows fill the room with natural light. The Music Room is also licensed for weddings.

THE WIMBORNE ROOM
 

Leading on from The Grand Hall, The Wimborne Room doubles up as an elegant boardroom or private dining room, ideal for corporate meetings or small lunch and dinner parties.

Beneath a gilded ceiling hung with a crystal chandelier, the beautiful mahogany table can accommodate up to 16 guests.

THE BURLINGTON ROOM
 

The Burlington Room is located on the first floor of the house and offers the perfect environment for receptions and meetings.

The room, which boasts magnificent natural daylight, accommodates up to 80 guests for standing receptions and seats up to 50 guests for meetings.

THE MARIE ANTOINETTE SUITE
 

The Marie Antoinette Suite is located off the hotel’s Long Galley and adjacent to the world-famous Michelin-starred Ritz Restaurant. Ornately decorated in the Louis XVI house style of The Ritz, the Marie Antoinette Suite accommodates up to 80 people for cocktail receptions or 60 for seated events. This room is licensed for civil ceremonies.

THE GRAND HALL
 

At the heart of William Kent House, where all the rooms meet is The Grand Hall which can be booked with The Wimborne Room. Featuring two onyx marble pillars rising up into the dramatic central atrium, with a gilded wrought iron Victorian staircase which leads up to the first and second floor rooms. A towering mural by internationally acclaimed Chinese artist Mao Wen Biao forms the centrepiece of the Grand Hall.

THE WILLIAM KENT HOUSE GARDEN
 

This elegant garden is located outside the stunning eighteenth century William Kent House, offering guests beautiful surroundings to relax and enjoy summer in the city. This outdoor space forms a tranquil ambience for a summer event and is the perfect backdrop for pre-dinner drinks, afternoon tea parties or drinks receptions. The luscious plants create an intimate and romantic setting, ideal for wedding photography.
