Launched in April 2017, The Rivoli Bar’s new cocktail menu was inspired by the art deco theme of the bar, especially represented in the cocktail “Orient Express” which offers subtle flavours of honeycomb and saffron.

All the cocktails are classic in the presentation but with contemporary flavours. For this new menu, our Rivoli Bar team created cocktails offering new flavours to our guests.

Our head bartender Tiago highly recommends “The Gomez” inspired by our pianist Ian Gomes and also a cocktail called “Orient Express” which, as the name suggest recalls the most famous train in the world.

To create “The Gomez” we carried out research on Ian’s favourite drink which is Rum and Coca-Cola, in addition to this we knew Frank Sinatra was a Jack Daniels lover so we combined both. The final result was a Bacardi 8 cocktail with Coca-Cola homemade molasses, elderflower liqueur, Oloroso sherry, Szechuan bitters and finished with a Jack Daniel’s foam.
