Champagne and Wine Dinners

The Ritz London has hosted a selection of exclusive dinners with carefully selected luxury Champagne and wine houses in 2017.  We still have three more of these events this year.

The evenings will commence with a Champagne and canapé reception in the grand 18th century surroundings of William Kent House adjoined to The Ritz London.

These events are ideal for all Champagne and wine lovers who seek to learn about the artistry behind each of the selected vintages and indulge in a delectable meal.

FRIDAY 21st JULY 2017

BEST OF BRITISH WINE DINNER

Featuring the British House of Nyetimber

On Friday 21st July 2017 toast to the Best of British with the first producer of English sparkling wine, Nyetimber.

This evening presents a rare opportunity to enjoy the finest of British seasonal ingredients perfectly matched with the delicate flavours of the selected vintages. The event will be hosted by Tom “WineChap” Harrow,  an ambassador for some of the world’s top sparkling wines and regular columnist in FT’s ‘How To Spend It’, Yatch Investor and Rolls Royce Magazine. Our host’s flamboyant style and the tribute to British produce, masterfully cooked by our Michelin-starred Executive Chef, John Williams, MBE will make this a memorable British gastronomic experience.

£285 per person.

This evening will commence at 7.00pm.

THE BARONS DE ROTHSCHILD WINE DINNER

Featuring the House of Barons de Rothschild

On Thursday 12th October 2017, The Ritz is proud to host an exclusive dinner with the French art de vivre from The Rothschild family. Champagne and Bordeaux will be served with a four-course dinner created by Michelin-starred Executive Chef, John Williams, MBE and Baron Phillipe de Rothschild to compliment the complexity of each of the courses. Baron Phillipe de Rothschild will host the evening and discuss the rich and captivating history of The Ritz and The Rothschild family.

£525 per person

This evening will commence at 7pm.

TAITTINGER CHAMPAGNE DINNER

Featuring the House of Taittinger

On Friday 24th November 2017, our final Champagne dinner of the year will be with the historical house of Champagne Taittinger. The Ritz Michelin-starred Executive Chef, John Williams, MBE and a host from Champagne house Taittinger invite you to enjoy an insight into their world of food and wine with a specially prepared gourmet four-course dinner. The Ritz London and Taittinger have long and established histories within the gastronomic world with Le Prix Culinaire International Le Taittinger gastronomy competition reaching its 50th year in 2016. As a celebration, Michelin starred Executive Chef, John Williams, MBE and Champagne Taittinger invite you to enjoy an insight into their world of food and wine.

£295 per person
