Opportunity: Night Manager

Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven Night Manager to lead a team of night staff and to assist with the smooth and efficient running of the night hotel operations.
As Night Manager at The Ritz London you will be responsible for the safety, security and all operational departments of the hotel at night. The successful applicant will have a good knowledge of all department operations and proven experience of front office operations including the night accounting function.
Managing a team of approximately 15 the ideal candidate will be a strong leader and will posses exceptional communication and organisational skills. You must be responsible and lead by example in delivering service excellence.
You will have previous Night Management or Duty Management experience and you must possess the right attitude and flair to work in this very special hotel.

Job Requirements

Entry Requirements:
-Hotel Night Management experience is essential
-Experience in a 4 star deluxe or 5 star environment
-Previous experience in managing a team
-Excellent customer service skills
-Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence
-Possess the ability to work under pressure and whilst maintaining attention to detail
-Has a good command of the English language, both spoken and written
-Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
