A fantastic opportunity has arisen at The Ritz Salon for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join the recently refurbished salon. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual and have a passion for the beauty industry.

The Ritz Salon comprises of a small team of highly trained individuals who continually ensure guests receive the highest quality service, latest techniques, and advanced treatments. The Salon is dedicated to providing guests with an impressive experience in-line with the ambience of this very special hotel.

The successful applicant will be immaculate in their appearance as they will be dealing with high profile quests that require both a classical and contemporary approach through bridal and evening makeup, manicures, pedicures and massages.

As part of a small team you will have the ability to work under pressure and the capability to use your initiative. You will be flexible in your approach as you will be required to work early and late shifts including weekends.

To apply for this position you must be NVQ 2 qualified and you will be up to date with the latest fashions and trends.

Job Requirements

Entry Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 is essential, level 3 is desirable
- Experience with providing reflexology and Indian head massage, jet lag remedy experience is desirable.
- Experience in wedding and evening make up application
- Experience using Salon Genius would be advantageous
- Knowledge of Aromatherapy Associates products
- Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
